Dr. Otteman received a B.A. in biology from the University of Colorado- Boulder in 1984. After a two year assignment working in the Philippines with the United States Peace Corps, he returned stateside to pursue his medical education. Dr. Otteman graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Chicago, Illinois in 1991. He completed his Family Medicine Residency training at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, Cincinnati , Ohio, in 1994.

Dr. Otteman is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He has successfully completed training in Laser Therapy, and is a Certified Aesthetic Laser Operator by the National Council on Laser Excellence. Dr. Otteman has completed training in Botox therapy and cosmetic fillers through the American Academy of Family Practice. He has been performing cosmetic procedures since July, 2006, when he joined the staff of Aesthetic Solutions.

Dr. Otteman enjoys working with his clients to customize a treatment plan which will address their aesthetic /cosmetic concerns.

Having grown up in Fort Collins, Colorado; Dr. Otteman enjoys skiing and hiking in the Colorado mountains.
